You do not need to be a designer. Send what you have, and this guide shows what helps us quote faster and print cleaner.

Best Logo Files

AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF files are usually best for logos because they can scale cleanly for shirts, signs, banners, decals, and cards.

Photo Files

High-resolution PNG, JPG, WEBP, or TIFF files can work well for photos. Bigger source files are usually better than screenshots.

Color

CMYK is preferred for print. RGB files can still be submitted; we will review and advise if color conversion may shift the final look.

Quick Rules

What “print-ready” usually means.

  • Vector logo files when available: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF.
  • Raster art at 300 DPI at final print size when possible.
  • Include bleed for full-edge cards, flyers, posters, and signs.
  • Keep important text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or include font names when sending editable files.
  • Upload rough sketches, photos, or screenshots if you need design help.
Still unsure?

Send what you have.

Most customers do not know whether their logo is vector, raster, CMYK, RGB, or print-ready. That is normal. Upload your best file and we will tell you what needs cleaned up before production.
